AI Authors Studio helps authors outline, draft, organize, and export full-length books with optional AI-assisted writing tools. Free plan available; paid…
AI Authors Studio (AAS) is a book-writing workspace built to help fiction, nonfiction, and business authors take a manuscript from a blank outline through to a finished, export-ready book. Rather than piecing together separate note-taking, drafting, and formatting tools, authors work through a single project: building a drag-and-drop outline (with optional AI-generated outline suggestions), drafting chapter-by-chapter in a focus-mode editor, and organizing notes, research, and series material alongside the manuscript. Optional AI "quick actions" can summarize passages, adjust tone, expand content, or suggest edits, and higher tiers add a dedicated AI coach panel, though the platform is positioned as human-led with AI as an assistive layer rather than an auto-writing tool. Finished projects can be exported to common formats including TXT, Markdown, EPUB, PDF, Word, Kindle, HTML, RTF, OPML, and Fountain, and the team offers a separate migration/rescue service to help authors consolidate existing manuscripts scattered across Word files, Google Docs, Scrivener exports, and PDFs into a single AAS project. Collaboration features, available on higher tiers, let editors or team members leave comment threads on shared projects. AAS was created by Marty Ettington, a self-publishing author with more than 20 years of experience and over 150 published titles.
