Arqam360 is a consent management service for websites that sell to visitors in more than one country. It installs a cookie consent banner, writes the privacy and cookie policies, and keeps both updated when the law changes. Its four focus regimes are Morocco's Law 09-08, Saudi Arabia's PDPL, the UAE's Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 and the GDPR.
The product is aimed at business owners rather than lawyers. A free check shows what a website sets before visitors agree and which laws apply. From there the owner can install the banner alone, order policies, or hand the whole job to the Arqam360 team.
One installation serves all visitors. The banner detects the visitor's country and language, then applies the matching rule: Riyadh, Paris and Casablanca visitors are asked first, while a Los Angeles visitor gets a way to say no. Choices are stored with a date, country and decision in a consent log that exports to CSV.
Behind the banner, Arqam360 passes consent to Google through Consent Mode v2 and to Meta. Advertising and analytics scripts can be held until the visitor agrees, and a weekly scan looks for new cookies. On Pro and Managed plans, events go server-side to ten platforms only for visitors who consented.
The banner supports native Arabic right-to-left layouts, French and English, and the managed packs list 12 languages and 15 sets of country rules. It respects Global Privacy Control, supports IAB TCF 2.3 on the free plan, and can be matched to a site's colors, text and position. A/B tests compare two banner versions.
Documents and proof tools sit beside it: cookie and privacy policies, a CNDP F214 filing pack for Morocco, a DSAR form with a 30-day deadline, an audit log, a dashboard with acceptance rates and a monthly email report. Server-side forwarding allows up to 1,000,000 events and 50 audiences in the managed packs.
Arqam360 is a consent management service that installs a cookie consent banner, writes privacy and cookie policies, and keeps them updated as laws change. It covers Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Europe (GDPR), in Arabic, French and English.
The Free plan is $0 forever. Pro is $29.99 a month and Managed is $99.99 a month per domain plus a $299 setup. A one-off Policy Pack is $149, and done-for-you packs are listed at $1,499 for 1 year or $2,799 for 3 years.
Yes. The Free plan includes the banner, native Arabic RTL, Google Consent Mode v2, GPC and IAB TCF 2.3 for 1 domain and 10,000 pageviews a month. It shows a Powered-by Arqam360 label. The site also offers a free website check with no sign-up.
It supports Morocco's Law 09-08, Saudi Arabia's PDPL, UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 and the GDPR. The banner also applies a CCPA-style opt-out for California visitors.
It has apps for Shopify, Zid and WordPress, with a Salla app marked as coming soon, plus script installs for Webflow, Framer, Next.js and Squarespace. Server-side forwarding supports Meta, Google Tag Manager, GA4, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mixpanel and BigQuery.
For the managed packs, the banner goes live about 3 working days after the start and policies within a week. The business gives access to its website and answers about 15 minutes of questions, and approves everything before launch.
The business files it, because the declaration is in the company's name. Arqam360 prepares the answers to form F214 so they are ready to file.
Possibly. The free check shows whether the current banner asks before any optional cookie is set and follows each visitor's law. If it does, Arqam360 says to keep it; if not, it installs its own.
