Ask Your Audience (AYA) is a web-based audience research tool that lets teams put a price, ad, product idea, brand line or pitch in front of an audience before money is spent. The answers come from Human Digital Twins, reusable research participants built from real, recorded in-depth interviews. A quick question to six people usually returns answers in under a minute, and the first question is free with no sign-up.
AYA describes its output as directional evidence, not a forecast. It presents itself as filling the gap between large annual studies, such as a brand tracker or a segmentation study, rather than replacing them. Every answer stays visible and traces back to the interview it came from, so readers can see where an audience agrees and where it splits.
Every participant begins as a real person who was recruited, consented and interviewed in depth on a recorded conversation. AYA captures 120+ data points about how they live, choose and spend, and keeps their own phrasing and trade-offs. From that transcript it builds a Human Digital Twin, so an answer about an unseen price draws on that person's income, habits and household rather than a general average.
You choose a country, city or customer type, or describe the people you need, and the matched audience is ready in about two minutes and saved for next time. Then you ask one clear question and read the answers. To check itself, AYA holds back part of each real interview, asks the twin the same questions and compares them, reporting 87% average alignment in its validation testing.
AYA offers six study formats. The Concept Test handles written prices, offers and ideas, the Focus Group shows people reacting to each other, and the 1-to-1 Interview captures one person's exact words. Three evaluators check finished work: the Ad Evaluator for image ads, the Brand Evaluator for brand and positioning lines, and the Investor Pitch Evaluator for decks.
Audience Panels are free and save the exact people asked, so a price test this month can be compared with an ad test next month. Users can build different panels and put the same decision in front of each. Larger Audience Scans put one question to 100 closely matched people. Each study includes individual answers, analysis with the strongest signal and objection, and a client-ready report.
AYA is a web-based audience research product. Users ask a question about a price, ad, concept, brand line or pitch, and Human Digital Twins built from real recorded interviews answer it. A quick question to six people usually returns answers in under a minute.
The first question is free. The AYA Project is €199 once for 200 non-expiring tokens, Business is about €360 a month (€4,300 billed annually) and Agency is about €630 a month (€7,550 billed annually). Prices exclude VAT, and Enterprise is quoted individually.
AYA lets you ask one question free with no sign-up. Creating an account also adds 30 free tokens, which the company says is enough for one complete Concept Test. Audience Panels are free to create.
Each Human Digital Twin starts as a real, recruited and consented person in an in-depth recorded conversation, with 120+ data points captured. The twin is grounded in that person's own language and trade-offs. AYA says nobody is invented.
AYA holds back part of each real interview, asks the twin the same questions and compares answers. It reports 87% average alignment on themes, preferences and reasoning across its validation testing. It also states its output is directional evidence, not a forecast.
The company says it cannot tell you how much revenue a launch will make, what a landing page will convert at, total market size or willingness to pay, or what a campaign will deliver once media is running.
Tokens in the one-off Project pack never expire. Monthly subscription tokens refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Business and Agency subscribers can buy top-up packs at preferential rates.
Yes, AYA offers an Agency plan with 1,000 tokens per month, 5 workspace seats and client and project workspaces. Annual Business and Agency plans can also request invoice or purchase-order payment.
