BrightStage AI is a web platform for running automated, evergreen webinars, which the company calls AI Events. It generates a presentation video from a short questionnaire, hosts the event on a recurring schedule, chats with attendees, and follows up with people who leave early or do not buy. The goal is to replace live webinars with sessions that run without the host present.
The product is made by Podavinci LLC and fronted by founder Alan Magliocca. The company says more than 2,700 businesses in over 120 countries use it, a claim from its own site that is not independently verified. BrightStage AI also sells a second product, AI Visibility, which this review does not cover.
Setup starts with four short pages covering the webinar topic, the presenter's story, what the webinar teaches and the offer. The platform then writes an outline on the Perfect Webinar structure, drafts the script section by section, builds slides and records a presenter in a voice the user selects. Changing a price or bonus means editing content rather than recording again.
Once live, events run around the clock with unlimited sessions and attendees per event. Registration and thank-you pages are built in and can be split tested. A scripted chat plays on a timer, while an AI assistant named Jordan answers real questions from the host's notes and passes harder ones to the host privately. Viewers who miss a session can get an Encore.
Reminders go out by email, push and SMS before a session. Afterward, behavior-based sequences respond to specific actions: missing the event, leaving early, watching 80%, or clicking the offer without buying. These sequences can be pushed to email tools or any webhook. Offers, sticky messages and polls fire at times the host sets.
Reporting covers visitors, registrations, attendance, offer clicks and revenue per event, split by live and Encore sessions, with AI-written insights based on the account's own numbers. Split tests on videos and pages send more traffic to the winner. The Features page also lists PodZaps, which shares whole campaigns between accounts, and viewer counters and polls that make recorded video feel live.

Starter is $59.95 per month, Growth is $99.95 per month and Scale is $499.95 per month. Paying yearly gives two months free. A one-time $500 done-for-you setup of a first event is also available.
Starter includes a 14-day trial with full access, and the site says a card is required for verification and cancellation is possible at any time. A banner on the site says free trial plans will be retired soon, so confirm current terms before signing up.
The plans target small businesses and solopreneurs, growing teams, and agencies running many campaigns. Testimonials on the site come from an agency owner, a business coach and an ecommerce operator.
It lists Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, GetResponse, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Drip, Close.io, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Vimeo and Slack, plus webhooks. Zapier extends this to more than 1,000 apps.

AI credits cover AI videos, scripts and slides, the AI chat writer, AI suggestions and the AI assistant that answers viewers. Starter includes 300 per month, Growth 1,200 and Scale 5,000, and more can be bought at any time.
The Starter plan is described as being for small businesses and solopreneurs, with 5 evergreen events and 1,500 email reminders per month. Small businesses with higher volume may outgrow its limits and move to Growth.
