CroPilot is a conversion rate optimization tool that reads a website, works out what the business offers, and recommends one supported improvement at a time. Its premise is that owners should not need to become conversion experts. They state a goal, such as more purchases or bigger baskets, and CroPilot proposes changes for them to review.
The product is built around approval. Recommendations carry their sources and reasoning, drafts are saved separately from publishing, and nothing goes live just because a draft was approved. CroPilot is operated by CROPILOT AS and sells Free, Starter, Pro and Agency plans.
The site describes four steps. First, the owner answers a few plain questions and picks a goal. Second, CroPilot considers the page and goal and brings one supported recommendation, with its sources and reasoning. Third, the owner previews the change on their own page, adjusts it, checks it and saves the exact draft.
Fourth, winners can become part of the site. With eligible automation enabled, a qualified winner can be scheduled to go live, and it can be cancelled during a 24-hour waiting period. CroPilot says not every idea works and that results can be inconclusive, in which case no winner is declared.
The free first look reads the text of one public page and returns a supported idea, no supported idea, or an unavailable result. Business Understanding stores the offer, audience, goals and brand, and confirmed decisions take priority over inferred claims. Page evidence lets owners inspect the sources behind each suggestion, and missing evidence stays visible.
Beyond recommendations, CroPilot adds consent-aware tracking, goal definition and A/B testing with eligibility checks before any visitor exposure. Owners choose how much CroPilot does on its own: suggestions only, ask first, or autopilot within limits for eligible connected sites. Agencies get client management and a white-label dashboard.

CroPilot offers Free at $0/mo, Starter at $49/mo, Pro at $149/mo and Agency at $349/mo. The pricing page also shows a yearly option labeled -20%. Plans differ by websites, visitors, experiments and team members.
Yes. There is a free plan, and eligible new accounts can try Starter for 14 days without a card. The site says the card-free trial never charges automatically, and you must subscribe explicitly to continue.
Not from the assessment or saved drafts. Any visitor-facing test or change needs its own permissions, checks and decision. On eligible connected sites with automation enabled, a qualified winner can be scheduled to go live, with a 24-hour window to cancel.
Not for the limited public-page first look. Visitor analytics and conversion measurement need a connected site with consent-aware tracking, which may require the site owner or a developer.
You can start by entering a public page on any of these. The homepage lists Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow and custom sites. Deeper setup depends on the platform connection and features available to your account.
You can review supported ideas, but a test may need more time or end inconclusive. CroPilot says it must not call an inconclusive test a winner.
The Agency plan is built for it, with 100 websites, 10 clients included, 25 team members, a white-label dashboard and a dedicated account manager. Each client site keeps its own business knowledge, work and decisions.
