Croptracker is a cloud-based farm management platform built specifically for fruit and vegetable growers, packers, shippers, and co-operatives. Founded in 2006 by CEO Matt Deir — originally to solve spray-record management for members of the Ontario Apple Growers — the platform is developed by Dragonfly IT and is headquartered in Ontario, Canada. The core platform centers on operational record-keeping: spray and chemical-input tracking with pre-harvest-interval and re-entry-interval alerts, real-time harvest yield recording, field-level GIS mapping using satellite imagery, work-crew scheduling and piece-rate labor tracking, cold-storage and CA-room inventory management, packing and shipping traceability with lot codes, and digitized Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) audit and compliance forms. These feed into the Predictive Packout Toolkit, which combines seven modules to help packhouses forecast packout quality and reduce waste ahead of shipping.
