DeloPay is a payment orchestration platform built by Deloxity LLC. Instead of acting as a payment processor itself, it sits between a merchant's checkout and the processors the merchant already uses, and decides which one should handle each payment.
The company describes it as one API for every payment provider. Merchants keep their own provider accounts, and DeloPay does not hold the merchant-of-record relationship. The stated aims are fewer failed checkouts, lower fees and no lock-in to a single vendor.
The team behind it is small. The About page says three engineers write the routing engine, the dashboard and the SDK, and that merchant feedback often leads to a fix within the same week.
A merchant connects two or more processors to a shop by entering API keys in the DeloPay Control Center. The checkout then calls a single DeloPay endpoint, and routing happens server-side, so the checkout does not change when providers are added.
Routing follows one active configuration per shop. If none is set, a fallback order decides. DeloPay skips any processor that cannot take a payment, and on a processor error or technical failure it moves the payment to the next one. A decline is never sent elsewhere.
Each payment's Routing card shows which processors were dropped and why. Saving a configuration does not activate it, and deactivating one makes new payments fall back at once, while payments already routed keep their processor.
Smart Routing offers three modes: a fixed priority order, a weighted volume split, and advanced rules. Rules can be written on card network, currency, amount, payment method, card BIN, issuer country, billing country, capture method, device type and metadata. A processor can have a budget per day, week or month, or a hard limit on payment count or amount.
The hosted checkout can be branded with a logo, colors, fonts and layout in the dashboard without code. It handles card entry, 3DS, wallets and crypto, and the FAQ lists Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, SEPA and Paysafecard among supported methods, depending on the connected providers.
Other pieces include payment links, an API with SDKs, a WordPress plugin, optional card vaults through VGS or Enigma Vault in beta, normalized webhooks with retries and signing, and notifications to Slack, Teams and Discord.
DeloPay is a payment orchestration platform from Deloxity LLC. Merchants connect their own payment providers and DeloPay routes each transaction to one of them based on rules. It also offers a hosted checkout, a dashboard and an API.
DeloPay charges a percentage per transaction from a prepaid credit balance, with no monthly plans or setup fees. Rates run from 4.00% for up to $5,000 in monthly volume down to 2.25% for $100,000 to $500,000. Above $500,000 the price is custom.
The site offers a Start free option, but does not describe a time-limited trial. Test API keys let merchants run payments in test mode without real money or credit before going live.
The integrations page lists Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, Mollie, Rapyd, Klarna, Creem, Whop, e-Payouts, NomuPay, Cryptomus and NOWPayments. The FAQ adds that more than 100 further providers are available on request.
Yes. DeloPay does not hold the merchant-of-record relationship. Merchants enter the API keys from their existing provider accounts in the DeloPay Control Center.
When card details are entered in the DeloPay-hosted checkout, card numbers and security codes do not reach the merchant's servers. If a merchant calls the API with its own card form, card data touches its systems and the scope is its own to manage.
Yes. DeloPay offers a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce, and its own plugin and theme for merchants who do not have a shop yet.
According to the FAQ, most merchants run test transactions within 30 minutes of signing up. Going live usually takes less than a working day.
