Learniverse is a web-based training portal platform aimed at consultants, implementation partners and multi-location operators. It takes documents a company already uses, such as a playbook, SOPs or a handbook, and turns them into a branded training portal for each client. Learners work through the lessons on their own, and the consultant sees who finished.
The product targets what its site calls the adoption gap. A client is trained on a kickoff call, but afterward nobody can show which people on the team actually went through the material. Learniverse replaces repeated walkthroughs and scattered files with one portal per client, automated reminders and a record of completion and scores.
The workflow has three steps: upload, brand, share. The user picks a starter pack (team onboarding, compliance and safety, or product and skills) or writes a brief, chooses a training need, and adds source documents in PDF, Word, Markdown or text. AI drafts an outline from those files, and nothing is built until the user approves it.
After approval, AI writes each lesson, cites the passages in the source documents it drew from, and ends each lesson with practice questions. Depth can be set to Basic, Comprehensive or Advanced, and custom videos can be added. The user then brands the portal, invites learners by email or spreadsheet import, and turns on reminders.
Each portal carries the client's logo, brand color and either a learniverse.app subdomain or the client's own domain, and can be set to English, French, German, Spanish or Dutch. Training can be assigned by role. On Agency, a new client portal can be started from an existing one, and a course can be copied into another client's portal.
Reporting covers per-person progress and scores for each client, with an exportable PDF status report listing who completed, who is late and what is overdue. The sample reminder schedule sends emails three days before, one day before and when a task is overdue. Both paid plans include SCORM 1.2 export, and SMS reminders for US and Canada numbers are an add-on.

Team is $129 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly at $1,188. Agency is $299 a month, or $229 a month billed yearly at $2,748. Enterprise starts at $5,000 a month.
Yes. Team and Agency both include a 7-day free trial, and the site says users can cancel anytime during the trial. No free plan is listed.
Partly. Portals show the client's logo, brand color and address, and learners do not see "Powered by Learniverse" on Team and Agency. Emails such as sign-in codes and reminders are still sent by Learniverse, and the PDF report has a small Learniverse logo in its footer.
Team includes one portal and Agency includes 10 client portals with 250 learners pooled across them. Enterprise is listed with custom portal counts and unlimited learners.
The site lists PDF, Word, Markdown or text files. AI drafts an outline from them, and the user can edit it, ask for a rewrite or approve it before lessons are written.
Each portal shows who finished, who is late and how they scored. The user can export a PDF training status report listing who completed, who is late and what is overdue, and send it to the client.
The source pages do not name any third-party integrations. They do mention SCORM 1.2 export on both paid plans and email and spreadsheet import for inviting learners.
