NexraOne is a WordPress monitoring and maintenance SaaS built by Solgeo Inc. (Japan) that lets teams manage multiple WordPress sites from a single dashboard. It combines external "pull-type" monitoring (uptime/HTTP status checks, 4xx/5xx spike tracking, downtime history) with internal "push-type" monitoring collected by a companion WordPress plugin (Nexra Agent), which reports WP-Cron stoppages, fatal errors, login-failure/attack patterns, growth in administrator accounts, and disk usage. Its flagship Safe Update feature automates WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates: it runs a pre-update environment check, backs up the database and the plugin/theme files being updated, applies updates one at a time, verifies the site externally afterward (homepage response, HTML, title tag, and the WordPress REST API), and can auto-restore and notify the team if an update fails. On Pro plans and above, Safe Update can also run on an unattended weekly schedule per site. NexraOne additionally tracks SSL certificate and domain expiration (14-day and 7-day warnings) and flags PHP end-of-life risk. Alerts route through Email, Slack, Chatwork, or Webhook, with per-alert-type routing and per-site notification overrides. An optional AI add-on, "Nexra Intelligence," generates alert summaries, risk predictions, recommended actions, and a weekly AI report, though it is currently closed to new signups. The product is aimed primarily at web production/maintenance agencies and in-house teams in Japan managing several WordPress sites.
