Pagerly is a software product that brings on-call scheduling, paging, incident response and task assignment into Slack and Microsoft Teams. Instead of switching to a separate console, responders acknowledge pages, swap shifts, open incidents and update status pages from the chat tool they already use.
The company says more than 1,000 organisations use it, from startups to Fortune 500, and that it is ISO 27001 certified. It also positions itself as a replacement for Opsgenie, which it says shuts down in April 2027.
Teams install Pagerly from Slack, then build rotations natively or import schedules from Opsgenie, PagerDuty or Jira Service Management. Slack user groups such as @oncall update automatically as shifts change, so mentions always reach the current responder.
Alert tools like Datadog, Grafana, Sentry and AWS CloudWatch send events to a Pagerly webhook. Each alert becomes an incident in the right channel, repeat firings update one incident, and the on-call engineer is paged by call, SMS, email or app until someone acknowledges.
The core of the product is rotations, escalation policies and incident channels. Incidents can include an assigned Incident Commander, an auto-generated Zoom link, a linked Jira ticket and dashboard links, with timeline and handover reports afterward. MTTA and MTTR are tracked for each incident.
Pagerly also includes status pages with subscribers by email, RSS, Atom or webhook, uptime monitoring for your own endpoints, and monitoring of more than 3,000 third-party services. Task management, workflows, mobile and macOS apps, a Terraform provider and an optional AI SRE agent round out the platform.
Pagerly is software that runs on-call rotations, paging, incident response, status pages and task management inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is aimed at engineering and operations teams.
Basic is $19 per team per month and Starter is $39 per team per month, with two months free on annual billing. Paging is an optional $4 per responder per month add-on. Enterprise and the AI SRE agent are priced by quote.
The FAQ says teams can try Pagerly free for 30 days. The site also promotes an Add to Slack option labeled free. Check the current terms when installing.
According to Pagerly, yes. It covers scheduling, escalation, call, SMS and email paging, incident response and status pages. Opsgenie schedules, escalation policies and integrations can be imported in one click.
It offers two-way sync with Jira, JSM, Opsgenie, Shortcut and Google Calendar. It creates incidents from 17 alert sources such as Datadog, Grafana, Sentry and AWS CloudWatch, and also works with Zoom, GitHub and Confluence.
Paging runs on Pagerly's own infrastructure rather than Slack. Calls, SMS and email are delivered regardless, and Slack is among the 3,000+ services Pagerly monitors.
Pagerly states it is ISO 27001 certified. SSO, scoped OAuth permissions and data processing agreements are available. It stores only authentication keys for connected integrations, not their data.
It suits engineering, SRE and IT teams that already work in Slack or Teams and want per-team pricing. Teams that need rotations but not paging can use the Basic plan.
