What is Scouty?

Scouty is an AI growth hire for creator-led campaigns. Brands describe what they need in one chat, and Scouty finds, signs, onboards and manages UGC creators on their behalf. Creators can text Scouty to be matched with paid brand deals, and joining is free for them.

Scouty was previously known as Scout, at scoutnow.me, and is not affiliated with scouty.com, a film-location marketplace. The company says three former creators from Duke and Johns Hopkins, who built the Dayli app, founded it, and that the team has hand-vetted more than 2,000 creators.

How does Scouty work?

A brand signs in, shares its brief and contract, and tells Scouty what it needs. Scouty finds and matches creators, handles contracts, walks each creator through the campaign's steps and sends reminders. The brand follows progress in a dashboard, in chat, or from an AI assistant connected through the API and MCP server.

Creators text Scouty on iMessage, or WhatsApp where iMessage is unavailable, and answer a few questions about what they make. When a campaign fits, Scouty texts the brand, deliverable, rate and usage terms. The creator accepts or passes, and the brand pays them directly.

Key features of Scouty

Sourcing combines vetted Creators Club members matched to a brief with a search of TikTok and Instagram, where Scouty reaches out so suitable creators apply. On a plan, brands can browse matching Club members and have Scouty send invites, while creator details stay limited until someone is accepted.

Management covers signing, onboarding, posting schedules and reminders before each deadline. Brands can ask Scouty questions from iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack or Discord. The Campaign Manager add-on adds daily reminders, team summaries, check-ins with quiet creators, Discord video review and Launchpoint and SideShift sync.
