Sertica is RINA's integrated ship management platform covering maintenance, procurement, HSQE, crewing, and fleet performance. See features and pricing info.
Sertica is an integrated ship management software platform built by RINA, a marine classification society with more than 160 years of history. Development on Sertica began in 1989 and the product launched in 1991, giving it over three decades of continuous use in the shipping industry. Today Sertica is deployed on more than 3,000 ships and used by over 100 shipping companies across 70+ countries, ranging from single super yachts to large tanker, bulker, ferry, and offshore fleets.
The platform is organized into eight core modules that can be combined to replace disconnected spreadsheets and point tools: Maintenance (planned maintenance and task scheduling to reduce downtime), Procurement (purchasing from request through delivery), HSQE (health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance), Crewing (crew management and payroll), Performance (operational and fuel/emissions insights, including a FuelEU simulator), VRS (centralized vessel reporting), Logbook (electronic record-keeping), and Fleet (unified data management across systems).
Sertica is offered with cloud hosting options as well as on-premise deployment, and RINA's team provides project management, data conversion/migration from legacy systems, staff training, and 24/7 customer support. Publicly referenced customers include Svitzer, Berge Bulk, Condor Ferries, Grimaldi Group, and d'Amico International Shipping.
