ShipHero is a cloud WMS for e-commerce brands and 3PLs, covering inventory, picking/packing, shipping rate shopping, and labor management.
ShipHero is a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) founded in 2013 by Aaron Rubin after he struggled to find warehouse software built for e-commerce rather than traditional wholesale and manufacturing operations. The platform is used by e-commerce brands selling on Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Walmart, as well as third-party logistics (3PL) providers managing multiple clients' fulfillment operations.
Core functionality covers order and returns management, inventory tracking, receiving and putaway, and picking/packing workflows, including mobile pick-and-pack, pick-to-light, pack-to-light, tap-to-pack, and AI-assisted picking. Shipping features include live rate shopping across carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL through its PostHero shipping module, plus shipment tracking via ParcelView. Labor and performance tools include picker/packer performance dashboards, a labor cost dashboard, and workforce management (Workforce Hero), alongside built-in reporting and a dedicated portal for 3PLs to manage client billing and operations.
ShipHero integrates with major e-commerce and ERP platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Magento 2, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Oracle NetSuite, and Brightpearl. According to the company, more than 5,000 warehouses across North America and beyond run on ShipHero, and the platform handles roughly 1 in 80 U.S. e-commerce packages with over $15 billion in annual GMV. ShipHero previously operated its own 3PL fulfillment network (ShipHero Fulfillment), which it spun off into a separate company, LVK, in 2023 to focus solely on its software platform.

ShipHero does not publish pricing publicly. Pricing is quoted individually based on warehouse size, order volume, and required modules — prospective customers need to book a demo or contact sales for a quote.
