SignWith is an electronic signature platform that charges per signed document instead of per month. Every account can sign three documents free each month, and further documents are paid for with one-time credit packs or a lifetime deal. Signers do not need an account. The company says it launched in early 2025 and is used by more than 1,000 businesses worldwide.
The product was built by freelancers who found that existing tools wanted a monthly fee even in months with only two or three contracts. Co-founder Ayush Garg, a former software engineer who worked as a freelancer and consultant, describes the goal as paying for the document, not the month. The same pricing applies in the dashboard, the API and the MCP server.
Sending a document takes four steps. The sender uploads a PDF, JPEG or PNG, adds signers, places signature, date and text fields for each person, and chooses who signs first. SignWith then emails each signer an invitation with an editable message, or the sender copies a link and shares it by WhatsApp, Slack or text.
Signers click the link, optionally enter a one-time code from their email, and sign by drawing, typing or uploading a signature. The sender sees when the document is sent, opened, viewed and signed. When signing finishes, every party receives the signed PDF with its Certificate of Completion and audit trail.
The signing tools cover multiple signers, signing order, and six field types: signature, initials, date, text, number and checkbox. Senders can self sign, share a link, or sign in person by handing over their device. Folders keep contracts organized as the library grows, and templates help with repeat documents. A Decline button lets signers refuse to sign.
Proof and security features include email OTP verification, an audit trail that logs time, IP address and browser, and a Certificate of Completion with a SHA-256 hash. SignWith describes its records as designed to be compliant with the ESIGN Act and UETA. Automatic reminders, which email signers up to three times, are marked coming soon on the features page.
