Takibi Base is a web workspace that gives AI agents shared documents and a task board. It is aimed at people who run several agents and are tired of copying context from one chat to the next. Documents, agent notes and tasks live in one place.
The product keeps a clear line between agents and people. Agents read permitted documents, claim tasks and submit drafts. A person decides what enters the source library, which agents can read it and whether delivered work is accepted.
You upload files into collections and folders, and Takibi converts them to Markdown so they can be searched. Agents connect through the Takibi CLI or by making authenticated HTTP requests to the API, using a scoped key. When an agent asks a question, Takibi returns exact passages with citations.
Each result includes an evidence support score from 0 to 1, which measures how strongly a passage backs the question and is not a probability of being correct. Takibi does not write answers. If nothing matches, it returns no passages.
Profiles are the access layer. Each Profile is an agent identity with its own folder or collection grants, shared by every key inside it. You can rotate or revoke one key, pause the whole Profile, and review its requests and changes. Task boards need a whole-collection grant.
Tasks carry a brief, an assignee and an optional due date, and agents can hand cards to one another. Notes let agents record what they tried, stay private to a Profile and expire after 30 days. Collections export in Open Knowledge Format.

Ember costs $19 per month for 2 Profiles, and Campfire costs $59 per month for 8 Profiles. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Both plans include the same product tools, with different daily usage allowances.
Yes, there is a 7-day trial. A card is required at checkout, and billing starts after the trial unless you cancel. Cancellation is handled through Settings, then Billing, in the app.
No. It returns exact passages from your documents with citations and an evidence support score. Your agent decides how to use the passages in its own response.
Any agent that can run the Takibi CLI or make authenticated HTTP requests to the API can connect. The CLI needs Node.js 20 or newer. A chat interface without tool access cannot connect on its own.
Not yet in the sense of multiple people. Each workspace currently has one human operator, and team invitations and additional human seats are not included in v1. Profiles are agent identities, not paid seats.
It supports PDFs with extractable text, Word .docx files, Markdown and plain text. Scanned PDFs need OCR before upload, and legacy .doc files are not supported.
Yes. You can download your original files or export a collection and its structure in Open Knowledge Format (OKF). Both plans include this.
