Usero is a feedback-to-code platform built for product and engineering teams who struggle to act on scattered user feedback. It collects reports, feature requests, and bug flags from a lightweight embeddable widget (open-source, 7.6KB) as well as integrations like Slack, GitHub, email, Discord, Intercom, Canny, Gmail, Featurebase, and Productboard, then pulls everything into one inbox. An AI clustering layer deduplicates similar reports across channels, attaches session and user context, and ranks clusters by business impact such as affected MRR, user count, and plan type. Once a cluster is prioritized, Claude reads the connected codebase and opens a draft pull request addressing the issue, using read-only, least-privilege OAuth and a visible audit log of every AI action. Nothing merges automatically — every PR is left for a human developer to review, edit, and approve. Usero is aimed at small to mid-size SaaS teams that want to shorten the loop between users asking for something and it shipping, without hiring a dedicated support-to-engineering triage process.
