Yahini is a web-based content strategy and workflow platform. It pairs AI content agents with a shared workspace, so a team can move from keyword research to briefs, drafts and published pages without switching tools. It starts by reading a company's website and building a profile of the business.
The company says it began as an internal tool at a boutique content agency in late 2022, after clients kept bringing generic AI-written briefs that lacked strategy. Co-founders Maria-Cristina and Dan later left the agency to build Yahini full-time. A newer Yahini MCP also brings the product into Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Setup begins with a URL. Yahini reads the site's pages and writes a Brand Intelligence profile covering products, features, use cases, pain points and audience, which users can edit. In the site's demo, a coffee retailer's pages are read, a brand summary is written and 124 keywords are found and grouped.
Keyword research then runs against that profile. Keywords are analyzed against competitors, scored for business impact and mapped to TOFU, MOFU and BOFU stages. For each keyword, a brief sets the angle, structure and coverage using SERP analysis, and a draft can follow in a chosen tone. Each item then moves onto the task board.
The agent library covers keyword research, Brand Intelligence, topic expansion, competitor keywords, content briefs, drafts, and meta titles and descriptions. Two smaller agents handle data: Find my keywords imports searches your site already ranks for from Google Search Console, and Fill in data completes volume, difficulty and funnel stage for keywords you add yourself.
On the workflow side, Yahini offers kanban, calendar and list views. Content items move through not started, in progress, in review, needs revisions and published. Team members can be assigned tasks, deadlines can be set, and comments are added in the same workspace. The Yahini MCP extends this to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Yahini is an AI content strategy and workflow platform. It builds a profile of your business from your website, then generates keyword plans, content briefs and first drafts, and tracks content through a shared task board.
Starter is $19/month, Growth is $39/month and Pro is $79/month. Yearly billing brings these to $14.25, $29.25 and $59.25 per month, billed as $171, $351 and $711 per year. A Done-for-you service is $950/month.
Yes. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial that includes the full monthly credits. A card is required at checkout, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Each agent action costs credits. Keyword research costs 20 per run, topic expansion 10 per topic, Brand Intelligence and competitor keywords 5 each, and briefs, drafts and meta tags 1 each. Credits refill monthly and do not roll over.
Yahini is aimed at founders, content marketers, marketing agencies and SEO specialists who want strategy-led briefs and one place to manage content. It suits teams that want to support writers rather than replace them.
The sources name Google Search Console for keyword import. The Yahini MCP also lets you use the product inside Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
Not as a one-click output. Yahini writes first drafts from briefs for teams to refine. Its site lists wanting an instant finished article as a poor fit.
It appears suited to them. The Starter plan costs $19/month with one project, and testimonials describe use by small businesses and founders without an SEO team. Larger needs may require the Growth or Pro plans.
