Reminders for WooCommerce & More lets store managers add quick reminders directly from the WooCommerce Orders toolbar, with a subject and notes for context. Completed reminders are archived rather than deleted, so teams keep an audit trail of what was done and when. It requires no configuration and works immediately after activation.
The free version (available on WordPress.org) covers one-click reminder creation and an archive of completed tasks. A separate commercial PRO add-on, sold outside WordPress.org, adds a today's-reminders view, date-based scheduling, custom categories, email notifications, search, and per-order reminders accessible from a bell icon on each order.
The plugin is built by developer Yosi Krivo and requires WordPress 6.3+, WooCommerce 7.0+, and PHP 7.4+. It is compatible with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). Reminder data is stored locally in the store's WordPress database, and no data is sent to external servers.
