AccuLynx is a cloud-based CRM and business management platform for roofing contractors, covering leads, estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
AccuLynx is a cloud-based business management platform purpose-built for residential roofing contractors, combining CRM, production, and financial tools into a single system. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin (with an additional office in Chicago), AccuLynx was created to give roofing companies software tailored to how their industry actually works rather than a generic CRM retrofitted for construction.
The platform follows a roofing job from first contact to final invoice: sales reps and estimators can capture and qualify leads, generate measurements and material calculations, and produce branded proposals; production teams can schedule crews, track jobs, and manage documents and photos from the field via a mobile app (iOS and Android); and back-office staff can handle invoicing, budgeting, and payments, including AccuLynx's own payment product, AccuFi.
AccuLynx connects to a broad set of roofing-industry tools, including materials suppliers (ABC Supply, QXO, SRS Distribution), accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct), aerial measurement providers (EagleView, Hover, GAF QuickMeasure), and lead-generation and marketing tools (Angi, SalesRabbit, HubSpot, CallRail). Pricing is subscription-based, scaling with number of users and feature set, with an Essential tier starting at $250/month and higher Pro and Elite tiers available on request.
AccuLynx says it serves thousands of roofing companies across the U.S. and Canada, ranging from small three-person crews to multi-location enterprises, and reports that more than $50 billion in contracts have been managed through the platform.
