ShipFlow is a French shipping management platform positioned as "the French alternative to SendCloud." It centralizes e-commerce order fulfillment in a single dashboard, letting merchants generate shipping labels and deposit slips, apply rules-based carrier routing, and track shipments across French carriers including Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD, and Lettre Suivie (La Poste). ShipFlow connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop stores (with Amazon and Etsy support listed as coming soon), and supports both its own negotiated carrier rates and merchants' existing carrier contracts. The platform is hosted on servers in France and markets itself as RGPD/GDPR compliant. ShipFlow reports over 500 French e-commerce merchants as customers and more than 50,000 shipments processed per month.

Key Features

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Free tier with no monthly fee, only pay-per-label
  • Supports major French carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD, La Poste) in one dashboard
  • Works with existing carrier contracts or ShipFlow's own negotiated rates
  • Integrates directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop
  • Data hosted in France with RGPD/GDPR compliance messaging

Cons

  • Focused on the French market — carrier list is France-specific, limiting fit for merchants shipping mainly outside France
  • Amazon and Etsy integrations are still listed as "coming soon", not yet available
  • Per-label fees on top of the monthly plan can add up for high-volume shippers on the Free or Pro tier
