FeedAgentX is a SaaS product that connects a WooCommerce store's product catalog to ChatGPT via OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP). Merchants install a WordPress plugin and generate a read-only, revocable API token that lets FeedAgentX list and read products without ever writing to the store. The service validates every product against OpenAI's ACP spec, flagging missing fields, format issues, and unsupported attributes in a dashboard so the merchant can fix them in WooCommerce; fixed products are picked up automatically on the next sync. Variable products are expanded into a parent-and-variant structure (sizes, colours, etc.) that ChatGPT can read, with out-of-stock variants filtered out automatically. Once validated, catalogs are delivered as daily snapshots over SFTP plus delta updates via API, keeping prices, stock, and promotions in sync; sync frequency and promotion support scale with the plan. FeedAgentX bills through Paddle as its Merchant of Record and offers a permanent free tier plus three paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro) sized by number of connected stores and product count.

ACP catalog validation — Validates every product against OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol spec and flags missing fields or unsupported attributes.

Promotions support — Growth and Pro plans can publish discounts and campaigns that show up natively in ChatGPT.
Audit log & custom field mapping — Pro plan adds an audit log and custom field mapping for brands with large catalogs.
Pros & Cons
Pros
Uses a read-only, revocable WordPress plugin token, so it never writes to or modifies the merchant's WooCommerce store
Permanent free tier (1 store, up to 100 products) lets merchants test the full validation-to-publish flow before paying
Automatically expands variable products into a ChatGPT-readable parent/variant structure and filters out-of-stock variants
Paid tiers scale from small single stores up to 100,000-product catalogs across 10 connected stores
Cons
Only supports WooCommerce stores, so merchants on Shopify, Magento, or other platforms cannot use it
Full catalog delivery depends on OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol/Commerce API becoming generally available; the FAQ notes some delivery is queued until 'the OpenAI Commerce API is live for partners'
No founding date, headquarters, or team size is disclosed on the site, making it harder to vet the vendor's track record
