Mastt is capital project and program management software aimed at the owner's side of construction. It brings budgets, contracts, payments, schedules, risks, documents, and reporting into one browser-based platform, so teams spend less time in spreadsheets. Mastt describes itself as a PMIS-style solution for asset owners and the consultants who support them.
The company was founded in 2019 by Doug Vincent, Raman Nambiar, and Jamie Cerexhe. It started with a goal of replacing manual reporting with easy-to-use tools and has since moved toward an AI-first approach, with a product called Agent that acts as an AI teammate for each person on a project team.
Teams set up a project and enter budgets, contracts, and payments, or let AI Upload read contract and payment documents and enter the data. Cost, Schedule, Risk, and Documents modules share the same project data, and dashboards update as the team updates the project.
At the program level, Mastt rolls up data from individual projects so executives can compare performance and then move into the detail behind the numbers. Mastt runs in a modern web browser, so no special software or hardware is needed, and the vendor handles data backups.
The Cost module covers budgets, budget changes, commitments, contracts, change orders, invoices, retentions, contingency, cash flow, and forecasting. It also lists region-specific items such as Variations and Progress Claims for Australia and Applications for Payment for the USA. Schedule supports phases, milestones, and tasks, with Primavera P6 and MS Project file upload.
The Risk module includes a risk register, causes, impacts, treatments, and a risk matrix. Documents stores drawings, contracts, and reports with AI chat. Dashboards can be exported to PDF and PNG, and Enterprise adds link sharing, version history, data branching, and historical reporting.
Mastt is capital project and program management software for owners, developers, consultants, and owner's reps. It brings cost, schedule, risk, documents, and reporting into one web platform and adds an AI Agent for admin and data work.
Mastt has a free Starter plan and a Professional plan shown at $165 per project per month, billed month-to-month by credit card. Enterprise and the Agent product are custom-priced. The FAQ says there are no set up or onboarding fees for standard pricing.
Yes. The Starter plan covers your first project with no credit card required. It includes unlimited budgets and contracts and tracking of up to 10 payments, plus AI Upload and AI Templates.
Mastt targets project owners, real estate developers, project management consultants, and owner's representatives. It is aimed at capital projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, aviation, energy, and public works.
Mastt lists pre-built integrations for Power BI and accounting platforms and can build custom integrations. Enterprise includes ERP and other business system integrations. It also accepts Primavera P6 and MS Project schedule files and exports to Excel.
Agent is Mastt's AI teammate for project teams. Users forward tasks by email or chat with it, and it plans the steps, drafts documents in company templates, and returns results for review. Mastt says a human stays in the loop for approval.
Mastt stores data in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States for customers in the Americas, and in Australia for customers in all other regions. It states it uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, automated backups, and regular penetration testing.
Yes. Spreadsheets can be downloaded from within the application at any time. Mastt also says it will work with your team to migrate data to a new location if you leave.
