Teamhood is browser-based project management software for teams that run many projects with the same people. It combines Kanban boards, Gantt charts, timesheets and capacity planning in one plan, so a manager can see who has time before assigning more work. The company positions it for engineering, architecture and energy teams. It is built by UAB Eylean in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Its central idea is that resource planning should not live in a spreadsheet. Planned hours count across every project, so an engineer booked 30% by three different managers shows as overbooked instead of hidden in separate plans. The vendor says more than 1,000 companies in 40+ countries use it and reports a 4.7 out of 5 rating from 67 G2 reviews.
Every item in Teamhood lives in one plan and can be shown in several views: list, board, Gantt, mind map, schedule, timesheet and charts. Change an item once and every view updates. The schedule covers every project, so planning happens in one place. Estimates, budgets and tracked time add up from tasks to the project.
For capacity, each person has weekly hours, part-time contracts, vacations and half days, with a default for anyone without special hours. Hours can also be synced from an HR or ERP system. When a task moves, is extended or is reassigned, its hours move with it and flow around time off. Curve presets and drag handles shape ramp-ups and tapers without typing hours into cells.
Planning tools include Gantt charts with dependencies that reschedule work, critical path and baselines, plus capacity and allocation planning. A person's page shows every open item and its project, the contracted week, time off and four weeks of booked hours against capacity. Timesheets work on cards or in a timesheet view.
The Kanban board offers columns and swimlanes from any field, cumulative flow, lead time and cycle time charts, aging colors on cards and boards inside boards. It has no WIP limits. Teamhood also supports custom item types and fields, formulas, roll-ups, automation rules, per-view permissions, comments, mentions and activity history. A built-in MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot read plans and log time.
