ZIC Auto Pay (ZAP) is a payment-automation add-on built by ZIC Group for WordPress and WooCommerce stores in Vietnam. It combines a WordPress plugin with a companion Android app: the plugin renders a QR bank-transfer code on the storefront checkout, and the Android app, once linked to the site by scanning a setup QR code, reads incoming bank-transfer notifications on the shop owner's phone and pushes verified payment confirmations back to the website so WooCommerce orders are processed automatically, 24/7. The app is designed to read only notification text and does not ask for banking credentials or OTP codes. The plugin requires WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+, and an active WooCommerce installation, and is aimed at individual sellers and small online shops who currently reconcile bank-transfer payments by hand.

Key Features

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Automates order confirmation 24/7 so shop owners no longer have to manually check their bank app after each sale
  • Does not require sharing banking credentials or OTP codes — the companion app only reads notification text
  • Simple QR-code setup to link the mobile app with the website, with no complex configuration
  • Free tier available (up to 10 orders/day) to try the plugin before paying

Cons

  • Requires installing and running a companion Android app on a phone for the system to function at all
  • Free tier is capped at just 10 orders per day, so growing stores will quickly need a paid plan
  • Very new listing with fewer than 10 installs and no user reviews yet on WordPress.org, so real-world reliability is largely unproven
  • Built specifically around Vietnamese bank-transfer QR payments, so it isn't useful for stores outside that market
