Zenkit is a project management and collaboration platform from Axonic GmbH. It describes itself as the multi-project management solution for agile and classical projects, and it brings project management, processes, communication, scheduling, documents and knowledge sharing into one workspace.
The product began in 2014 as an application builder inside Axonic. Around Christmas 2015 the team decided it needed to become something people would use every day, and Zenkit was released in October 2016 as a project management platform. Its pitch is flexibility: the same data can be shown as Kanban boards, tables, Gantt charts, mind maps or plain to-do lists.
Teams start by setting up a workflow and can begin with a simple list, adding fields, views and automation as needs grow. Zenkit says it supports Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean or a team's own methodology, and that complexity increases only when the team chooses.
Roles decide how much of the tool each person sees. Some members can see only simple to-do lists, while others get advanced features. The interface also offers Basic User and Power User modes with the same tasks and a different layout. Conversations happen inside tasks through comments, so discussions stay attached to the work. Work from Trello, Asana or Microsoft To Do can be imported to start.
For planning, Zenkit offers a Gantt chart with lag and lead, milestones and critical path, a global Kanban board that gathers tasks from every project, a global calendar with iCal support, multi-level subtasks, recurring items and bulk actions. Custom fields cover text, numbers, dates, labels and formulas.
For oversight, dashboards use over 10 widget types, and the site cites over 100 ready-made reports and over 720 report combinations. Resource management filters workload by task, project or assignee. Collaboration tools include comments with audio or doodles, @mentions, activity tracking, file sharing, notifications and a team wiki that members can edit together in real time.

Plus costs €8,00, Team €12,00 and Business €21,00 per month per seat, excluding VAT. Enterprise pricing is individual. The site says annual billing saves up to 16%.
Zenkit says it typically offers a 14-day free trial with access to all premium features. If no paid subscription is activated afterward, access may be restricted, usually to data export only.
It suits teams that manage several projects and want flexibility across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or Lean methods. Customer stories include a university, a bakery chain, a welfare organization and a hospital group.
Zenkit connects through Zapier, which the integrations page says reaches over 1,000 apps, and through an API. Named integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail and OpenAI. Native imports exist for Trello, Asana and Microsoft To Do.
Zenkit states it is fully EU GDPR compliant and that data is stored on servers in Germany. Customers may sign a data processing agreement by contacting the company.
The Plus plan at €8,00 per seat per month is aimed at individuals or small teams and allows up to 10 users. Teams that grow beyond that can move to the Team plan with unlimited users.
Yes. Zenkit offers native imports from Trello, Asana and Microsoft To Do, along with CSV and API imports. The site describes one-click migration.
