Brieform is a form builder that you operate by talking to an AI assistant. You tell Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor what form you need, and Brieform builds it and publishes it as a normal web page with its own link. There is no canvas, field palette or settings screen to learn.
The people who fill in the form never see an AI. They get a link, a set of questions and a submit button. Answers are saved to your account and can be read back in the same chat, or exported as CSV. The product is built by an indie founder named Dany.
Setup takes about a minute. You paste one URL into your AI's settings and approve the sign-in. Brieform speaks MCP, an open standard that lets an AI use an app, so every action in the product exists as a tool your AI can call.
After that you describe the form in a sentence. Your AI writes the fields, validation and logic, publishes the form and returns a live link. Later you can ask how the form is doing, and the AI reads the responses back in plain language.
Forms support 13 field types, including email, dropdown, radio, checkbox, star rating, date, URL and GDPR consent. You can add multi-step layouts and conditional logic, for example showing a call-booking question only when the budget is above a set amount. Eight themes or a custom color restyle a form from one instruction.
Behind this are fifteen tools: seven that create, edit, publish, style or delete forms, six that read data, and two Pro tools for client briefs. Analytics cover views, submissions, conversion rate and top referrers. File uploads are limited to 10 MB per file.

Brieform has a Free plan at $0 and a Pro plan at $39/month. Annual billing saves about 20%, which works out to $32/month. A Founders Rate of $19.50/month forever applies to the first 30 paying customers.
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited forms and responses within fair use, all field types, multi-step forms, conditional logic, analytics and CSV export. No credit card is needed to start. Free forms show Brieform branding.
No. Respondents open a link and see a normal web form with a submit button. The AI is on the owner's side only, and respondents need no account or install.
It connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Le Chat, Perplexity and any other MCP client. Responses can go to places such as Notion, Google Sheets, Zapier and Slack through your AI.
Pro adds pre-quote intakes, where you paste a client brief and get a form that asks only for missing information. It also includes unlimited Brieform-side AI generation, branding removal, email notifications for each response and priority support.
It suits freelancers, agencies, founders and small teams who already work in an AI chat and want to create forms and read answers without switching tools. The Pro brief tools are aimed at freelancers and agencies quoting client work.
Data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt, and the company says it is hosted and operated in the EU. You can export responses as CSV on any plan, including Free.
