Nisuform is a form backend for websites. Instead of building a server, database, mailer and spam filter, a site owner creates a form in the Nisuform dashboard, copies its endpoint and uses it as the action of a standard HTML form. Submissions are stored in an inbox and emailed to the owner.
The product is made by Hanebox and is aimed at web developers, freelancers, indie hackers and anyone shipping static or generated sites. It also promotes an agent-ready setup, where a coding agent configures a form from one prompt or over MCP.
Setup has three steps. Create a form from scratch or from a template, connect it by pointing the form's action at your Nisuform endpoint, then receive replies. Plain HTML works without any JavaScript, and the same endpoint can be called from React, Vue, Astro or any framework that can send a request.
Each submission is screened for spam before it reaches you. It then appears in the dashboard inbox and triggers an email alert, usually within seconds according to the site. Visitors see a thank-you page with a link back to your website by default.
Spam protection is automatic. A hidden honeypot field, a fill-time check and rate limits stop most bots. Submissions with too many links, or duplicates of an earlier one, go to a spam folder that sends no notification and does not count toward your monthly limit. Forms can also be limited to your own domains.
The inbox lets you browse, search and export responses, and CSV export is available on every plan. Pro adds file uploads of up to 5 files and 25 MB per request, stored privately behind signed links that expire after 15 minutes, along with auto-replies and custom thank-you messages.
Nisuform is a form backend for any website. You point an HTML form at a Nisuform endpoint, and it filters spam, stores each submission in a dashboard and emails you when one arrives. You do not need your own server or database.
Nisuform has a Free plan at $0 and a Pro plan at $10 per month, or $84 per year, which works out to $7 per month. Pro includes unlimited forms and 5,000 submissions per month.
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 forms and 100 submissions per month, with email notifications, spam protection, a submission inbox and CSV export. No credit card is required.
Nisuform sends submissions to Slack, Discord, Telegram and Google Sheets, and forwards raw JSON through webhooks. Most other tools can be reached through webhooks, Zapier or Make. These destinations are on the Pro plan.
Yes, on any website that can send a request. That includes hand-written HTML, WordPress, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue and Astro, and pages from site builders.

On the Pro plan, each submission can include up to 5 files, such as images or PDFs, up to 25 MB per request. Files are stored privately and shared only through signed links that expire after 15 minutes.
Its Pro plan is described as built for freelancers and agencies shipping client sites. Unlimited forms, custom sender name and custom redirects suit client work, and setup takes a single form action URL.
