SMS Valet®, built by TEZ Technology, replaces traditional paper valet tickets with a text-message-based workflow. When a car is dropped off, the guest receives a welcome text and can request their vehicle back by simply replying to that message or tapping a link — no app download or physical ticket required. Guests can pay and tip directly through the same text-based flow, and operators can send advertising messages, event promotions, or embedded video links through the same channel to generate additional revenue.

Beyond the guest-facing experience, SMS Valet gives operators tools to run the valet stand itself: instant digital shift reports summarizing cash, tips, validations, and voids; real-time tracking of vehicle location and employee assignments; and a patent-pending digital damage-reporting workflow that time-stamps pre-existing damage (marked yellow) separately from on-site damage (marked red). Frequent guests can be issued "XPRESS" stickers that carry their damage history forward across visits. In November 2023 the company added LENZ, an analytics and reporting dashboard layered on top of the core system.

SMS Valet ships as a turnkey kit — 4G-connected devices with free data, key tags, grease pencils, and power supplies are provided as part of setup, and the company states plans scale to the car volume of a given location rather than following a one-size-fits-all tier. The product targets multi-industry valet operations, including hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, residential communities, restaurants, commercial properties, and fixed-base operators (FBOs) serving private aviation. TEZ Technology markets the product primarily through demo requests rather than self-serve signup, positioning SMS Valet as an enterprise/operations sale rather than a low-touch SaaS product.
