Surfil is a growth system that reads a website and the numbers behind it, then summarizes them as one Growth Score out of 1000. The score covers 12 pillars, including offer and positioning, acquisition, activation, retention and monetization. It is created by Adam Hafez and operated by UpgradIQ, Inc.
The idea is to replace several scattered dashboards with a single ranked list of what to do next. Surfil describes itself as the growth system that proves what worked, because it also measures the result of each finished fix. Unlike a traffic report, it states what the numbers mean for growth.
Surfil follows four steps. First, a user adds a site and can install the Surfil pixel, then connect Google Analytics, Search Console, Stripe or product analytics. Second, the site is scored on 12 pillars against similar sites. The score moves only when the live site shows a fix, and a daily watchdog email reports when a test changes.
Third, Programs turn the score into a roadmap of Sprints and small Actions, re-planned when the score changes. Fourth, each finished action is measured in visits from the pixel or dollars from read-only Stripe, with a date for when results are ready.
Pillars that have not been connected show as unmeasured instead of zero, so the score stays honest about its coverage.
Nine products share the same 12 pillars: Score, Diagnosis, Monitor, Competitors, Roadmap, Experiments, Results, Reports and Advisor. Diagnosis explains the constraint behind a low pillar, while Experiments holds the tools and Fix Packs for platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and Cloudflare.
Monitor rereads the site every day and emails when something that passed starts failing, for example a homepage blocked from search. Competitors shows a rival's score beside yours and the tests they pass that you fail, with a weekly digest of changes on their site.
The cookieless pixel records page paths, referrers, AI referrals, real speed, conversions, UTM tags and deploys. It does not record cookies, names, emails or IP addresses, and it stays silent for visitors who send Do Not Track.

Surfil costs $29 a month for Starter, $79 a month for Pro and $199 a month for Growth. Yearly billing is $290, $790 and $1,990, which saves two months. Tax is added at checkout.
Pro starts with a 7-day trial that requires a regular card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Starter and Growth start paid, and there is no free plan. There is one trial per person, card and site.
Surfil connects to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Stripe, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog and CSV import. The pixel installs on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer and Google Tag Manager. HubSpot, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and Intercom are listed as coming next.
No. Surfil reads the public site without it. The pixel adds real speed and conversions and unlocks the pillars that need them. Connecting Google or Stripe adds search traffic and revenue in the same way.
Surfil is built for founders, growth managers and marketing managers who want one ranked next step and proof that a change worked. Starter suits one person with one site, while Pro and Growth add sites, competitors and seats.
Yes. Cancelling takes two clicks from the billing page, and access runs to the end of the paid period. A period already under way is not refunded in part, except for charges made in error or where local law requires it.
The pixel sets no cookies, collects no names, emails or IP addresses, and raw events are deleted after at most 7 days. Stripe connects with a restricted read-only key, stored encrypted. Data can be exported from settings at any time.
