What is Wibilet?

Wibilet is a web-based event management platform for trade show, congress and event organizers. Its stated goal is to manage everything from registration to the turnstile on one platform, so that teams no longer combine a registration tool, a ticketing tool, an Excel list at the door and reports that arrive weeks later.

The central idea is a single data set. An attendee registers once, and that record carries on as ticket, entry, meeting and report until the event ends. The company says organizers in Türkiye, Central Asia, the Caucasus and Africa work with it, and that the product was shaped at real gates and real queues.

Wibilet is developed by Wibi Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. The interface and support are available in Turkish, English, Russian and Uzbek.

How does Wibilet work?

Wibilet describes a four-step flow. First, the organizer creates the event, ticket types and registration form in the dashboard. Second, the registration page is published, and confirmation emails and QR tickets go out automatically.

On the day, attendees show a QR code from the Wibilet mobile app, a PDF or a phone wallet. Staff scan with the same app, or the code is read at a turnstile, which validates the ticket and opens the gate. Invalid or used tickets cannot enter, and the staff app keeps working offline and syncs later.

Finally, entries, sessions and B2B meetings are tracked live in the dashboard, and reports can be exported to Excel. Organizers switch on only the modules they need, and all modules work on the same attendee record.

Key features of Wibilet

Registration covers a drag-and-drop form builder, ticket types with quotas and sales dates, card payment through a virtual POS, approval flows, a waitlist and bulk import from Excel. On site, the iOS and Android staff app scans tickets, hall and area access rules decide who can enter where, and a PDF badge designer prints badges at the door.

Trade show tools include exhibitor applications, an exhibitor portal, service orders for electricity, water and internet, an interactive floor plan and a hosted buyer programme. B2B features include meeting scheduling, product group catalogues, networking profiles and booth lead capture by badge scan.

Congress features add session programmes, hall and speaker management, paper submission, peer review, Zoom attendance and automatic certificates. Communication runs through email, SMS and WhatsApp, with live reports and surveys.
