Org360 is a web-based platform for short 360 feedback and employee engagement surveys. It is built on the idea that fewer, carefully chosen questions produce better participation, more honest answers and clearer insight than a long HR questionnaire. Surveys have either 12 or 24 questions and take about 5 or 10 minutes to complete.
The product is an initiative of Nonprofit Builder Sàrl in Coppet, Switzerland, and its data is hosted on servers in Germany. Its founder, Daniele D'Esposito, says two leadership 360s shaped his own growth and convinced him that short surveys can deliver as much depth as 70-question corporate ones.
Launching a survey takes four steps: choose a survey, invite participants, collect responses and get a clear report. The site says most users send their first survey the day they sign up, with no onboarding call or IT ticket. A credit launches one survey, and everyone invited, up to 500 people, can respond.
Org360 offers three core surveys: Leadership 360, Working With Me as a Colleague, and Employee Engagement. Question wording can be edited before sending, and respondents can be added until the survey is closed. Once enough responses arrive, the report is generated, with AI synthesis available on request.
The report is the main differentiator. It includes an AI-generated executive summary anchored by a three-word archetype, synthesized strengths and growth areas with key quotes, and a development plan with actions for each growth area. Scores, a radar chart, organized open-text responses and a self-versus-group comparison are also included.
Confidentiality is handled as a managed process. Standard and Highest modes are available, reports unlock after 3 or 5 responses, comments are shuffled, and respondents can revise or delete their answers. Surveys can be translated before sending, with all languages combined in one report. On Pro, question banks and a custom item builder allow reusable templates.

Yes. The Free plan includes one survey from the core templates, up to 500 respondents and the AI-powered report. No credit card is needed to sign up and preview surveys.
Senders never see individual answers, only aggregated data, and open-text comments are shuffled. Reports unlock only after 3 responses (Standard) or 5 (Highest). The site notes that no system can guarantee 100% anonymity.
AI is optional and reports are generated only when a user requests them. Names of people and organizations are not sent to the AI, and respondents get a warning if they type capitalized words such as names.
You can edit question wording before sending and add a personal note to the invitation. Creating your own surveys or adding or hiding questions is not possible on the lower plans; Pro adds a question bank and custom item builder.
