Qeryz is a pop-up survey tool for websites. Owners place it on any page of their site and ask visitors questions in multiple choice, checkbox, scale or text-area form. Answers go to a personal dashboard where they can be reviewed as soon as they arrive.
The company says it is built for small to medium business owners who need customer feedback straight from their website. Its pitch is that Google Analytics shows the numbers behind visitors, while Qeryz is meant to explain the reasons behind them.
Qeryz was founded by Sean Si and Richmond Ibasco and is based in Manila. It also describes itself as an alternative to Qualaroo, offering similar features and a reporting dashboard.
Setup follows the same pattern as Google Analytics. The site owner copies a Qeryz tracking code onto the site, and a survey begins appearing once it is set to Active. WordPress sites can use a plugin for one-click installation, and Google Tag Manager is supported.
Owners choose where each survey appears. A survey can be site-wide or limited to one page, such as a pricing page. When both exist, the page-specific survey is shown first. Visitors can minimize a survey and it stays minimized during their visit.
If a visitor leaves partway through, their answers are still sent to the dashboard, and the survey resumes where they stopped on return. After a completed survey, it can reappear after 1 to 31 days or never.
Qeryz supports radio button surveys with follow-up questions based on earlier answers, checkbox surveys, long text surveys for qualitative feedback and short text surveys for collecting contact details. Net Promoter Score surveys calculate the score automatically. Surveys are mobile responsive and can be placed at the lower left or lower right of a page.
Targeting is a central strength. Surveys can be shown to visitors by traffic source, such as direct, search or social, or by actions like adding an item to a cart. Scheduled surveys switch automatically from one survey to the next, and the Qeryz Identifier links answers to people through existing site forms.
After answering, visitors can be shown a call-to-action link or redirected to a chosen page. Owners receive email notifications and can export all data to CSV. Pro and above add hex color customization, and exit surveys appear on Pro and Agency.

Qeryz has a free plan and three paid plans: Starter at $15/mo, Pro at $30/mo and Agency at $79/mo. An Enterprise option is available by inquiry. On Starter, removing Qeryz branding costs an additional $9/mo.
Yes. Paid plans can be tried free for 15 days, and the site says a money-back guarantee applies if the user is not happy. A free plan is also offered.
Copy and paste the Qeryz tracking code onto your site, the same way you would install Google Analytics, then set your survey to Active. WordPress users can use the one-click plugin. Qeryz also works with Google Tag Manager.
Yes. The Qeryz Identifier uses data from forms already on your site, such as newsletter, contact, login or signup forms, and sends it to Qeryz when that person answers a survey.
Owners choose which pages show a survey, and a page-specific survey takes precedence over a site-wide one. Visitors can minimize a survey and it stays minimized. Completed surveys can be hidden for 1 to 31 days or permanently.
Yes. All data can be exported to CSV. Qeryz says some response details are only visible in the CSV export.
Qeryz is aimed at small to medium business owners, webmasters and agencies that want to gather customer feedback directly from their website. It suits teams that need simple targeted surveys and NPS rather than a full research platform.
