Wyapy is a customer feedback platform built to help teams measure satisfaction and act on it faster. Users create brandable, mobile-first surveys that support CSAT, NPS, CES, or a generic rating scale, then distribute them via shareable links, email embeds, or QR codes for print materials like receipts and table tents. Every survey captures a primary score first to minimize drop-off, then optionally shows secondary ratings for aspect-level analysis. Responses feed a real-time dashboard showing trends, score distributions, and category/aspect breakdowns, with the ability to segment data using URL parameters. Wyapy layers AI Reports on top of the raw analytics, clustering feedback themes and generating a weekly, shareable action plan that highlights wins, risks, and prioritized next steps, with reasoning behind each recommendation. The platform runs on serverless AWS infrastructure with CDN-based global delivery, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and supports role-based teammate access for collaboration on projects, analytics, and reports. Wyapy is built by Teketik, a French software company founded by a U.S. entrepreneur.

Cons
